Your Itinerary

Pacific Encounter will debut in late 2021 following a bow-to-stern makeover that will offer something for the whole family. Dining is set to be out of this world, with several options including celebrity chef Luke Mangan’s restaurant and line favourites such as Dragon Lady for Asian and Angelo’s for Italian. Cabins range from interior up to suites that have exclusive access to Byron Beach Club. There’s a gorgeous aft (rear) nightclub at the top of the ship, a two-deck theatre, casino and the cabaret-dining experience at Black Circus, plus kids clubs, water slides, four pools, several hot tubs and the ultra-luxurious Elemis Spa.

Perched on a lush peninsula at Shute Harbour, Airlie Beach is a popular starting point for trips to the Great Barrier Reef and the Whitsunday Islands. Swim in the man-made lagoon, visit one of the many local pubs or restaurants or for those looking for a little more adventure, why not try the Whitsunday Crocodile Safari.

The capital of the Northern Territory, Darwin is the most northern city in Australia.

Take a crocodile safari along the Adelaide River to see the saltwater creatures in action. Witness the thundering waterfalls at Litchfield Park. Stroll round the Mindil Beach Sunset Market and explore Darwin’s military history at the Darwin Military Museum and the Aviation Museum. Cool down at Berry Springs Nature Park just 45 minutes out of the city.

Explore the beautiful uninhabited islands surrounding Komodo by sea kayak, or discover the pristine coral reefs by diving or snorkelling. The white sandy beaches are the ideal place to relax and admire the remote and rugged landscape around.

Bali is an Indonesian island known for its forested volcanic mountains, iconic rice paddies, beautiful beaches, and coral reefs. The island is home to religious sites such as cliffside Uluwatu Temple.

Welcome to Singapore, where sacred Buddhist and Hindu temples sit in the shadows of sleek, futuristic architecture and the world-renowned street food offers a spectrum of flavours to tantalise every palate. Don’t forget to try the chilli crab, its national dish. It’s also home to the famous colonial-style Raffles Hotel, where the Singapore Sling cocktail was invented, as well as the spectacular Gardens By The Bay. It’s truly a city that never fails to impress.

Dining

Dine at celebrity chef Luke Mangan’s restaurant. Go casual with international cuisines at The Pantry. Savour outstanding Italian fare at Angelo’s and 400 Gradi or for tasty Asian dishes, make a reservation at Dragon Lady.

Activities

Splash down the water slide or unwind at The Oasis with its pool and hot tub. Relax at the luxury Elemis Spa and thermal suite, while the little ones enjoy their own age-appropriate kids’ club, including an outdoor play area and paddling pool.

Entertainment

Cross The Skywalker bridge to the ship’s nightclub for cocktails and dancing until late. For a laidback evening under the stars, grab some popcorn and curl up on a lounger for a big-screen movie or catch a blockbuster stage show at the two-tier Marquee Theatre.
