Pacific Explorer is P&O Australia’s newest addition with fresh designs reflecting the very best of modern Australia, with more elegance than ever before. There will be waterslides to zoom down, splash parks with larger-than-life interactive water features, bowls courts at sea (barefoot, no less!) and more restaurants and bars than you can shake a stick at. The innovative dining options include your new local pub, a fantastic chef’s table private dining experience, and unforgettable fine dining at Luke's.

Lombok is full of lush greenery and quiet beaches. It is a popular area for water sports including surfing, snorkelling and scuba diving. Trek up Mount Rinjani or around one of the island’s spectacular waterfalls. Get a traditional massage while relaxing on the beach, and pick up some traditional food at a beach-side restaurant.

Malacca is located in the southern region of the Malay Peninsula. You will find an appealing and assorted blend of cultural, natural, and historic attractions, such as the Buddhist Cheng Hoon Teng Temple, The Malacca Straits Mosque, and the A’Famosa Fort built by the Portuguese In 1511. The Melaka River, once dubbed the ‘Venice of the East’, winds its way from Dutch Square past Malacca town and local settlements. Jonker Street night market is the definitive shopping experience offering traditional wears, artworks, and delicious local cuisine.

Although the miles of golden sandy beaches lure visitors to Penang, take time to ride a trishaw to George Town where you can shop for exquisite batiks and visit the Khoo Wall, with its pillars and roof elaborately decorated with intricate carvings by master craftsmen from China. Visit Kek Lok Si, reputed to be the largest and most beautiful Buddhist temple complex in Southeast Asia.

Magnificent beaches, mystical folklore and jungle-covered hills make Langkawi one of Malaysia’s most popular tropical destinations. Pulau Langkawi is the largest island and is home to Kuah, the main town which is great for a spot of duty-free shopping and nearby you can make your way to Mahsuri’s Mausoleum – a shine erected in honour of Mahsuri, a beautiful maiden who was unjustly accused of adultery.

Phuket is Thailand’s largest island and offers a huge range of tours to help you discover the region. Go trekking in Khao Sok National Park, explore Phang Nga Bay’s dazzling limestone scenery by canoe, try snorkelling, or visit Phuket’s rubber and coconut plantations.
