Depart Sydney early and travel southwards to Canberra, Australia’s capital city. En-route you’ll first stop at Bowral Tulip Festival, one of Australia's oldest floral festivals, held every Spring in the Corbett Gardens amid the Southern Highlands. Here, you can admire the spectacular displays of 75,000 mass planted tulips. Continue to Centennial Vineyard; at the signature restaurant here, nestled amid verdant vineyards, savour a delicious two-course lunch showcasing fresh, Highland-sourced produce paired with a glass of locally produced wine. After lunch, you’ll then explore Fitzroy Falls within beautiful Morton National Park, one of Australia’s most spectacular waterfalls that plunges down to the untouched valley below. Today, relish a memorable full day tour in Canberra at iconic sights set around scenic Lake Burley Griffin. First, enjoy several hours at the Canberra Floriade, a world-famous flower and entertainment festival, held annually in springtime at the Commonwealth Park. At leisure, stroll amongst the Floriade’s exquisite floral displays. You’ll then transfer to Canberra’s Parliament House, an architecturally acclaimed building resting atop Capital Hill, where you’ll join a private guided tour inside. Accompanied by your guide, you’ll then visit the Australian War Memorial, which features a world-class museum, shrine and archive. Later, at Mt.
